Monetary Donations

Canine Helpers relies on donations from the general community to continue our life-enhancing work, and donations of $2 or more to Canine Helpers are tax-deductible.  You may also choose to leave a bequest to Canine Helpers in your Will.

To make a secure, credit card donation, please click on the appeal you wish to support: Puppy Sponsorship / General Support.  These links take you to our OurCommunity donation site, where you have the option of making an automatic monthly donation

For puppy sponshorship, you can select a specific puppy to support by putting its name in the Optional Information field, "in memory of" the puppy you wish to support.

If you would like to make a donation other than by credit card, you can mail a cheque or money order to:

Canine Helpers
PO Box 2381
Chermside Centre, Qld, 4032
.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit card donations except via the online facility.

Other Donations

Canine Helpers can also accept donations of products and services.  Here is a list of some of the items we need the most right now:

Our Current Wish List!

  • Items for our new office: a small kitchen table and chairs, outdoor furniture, pedestal fans, bookshelves;
  • Copy paper, printer toner, office supplies;
  • More uniforms for our volunteers;
  • A small generator for our hydrobath, so that we can use it for fundraising;
  • Any new/nearly new doggie items, such as beds, bowls, toys, grooming equipment, for our volunteer puppy raisers;
  • Fresh pet meat and vegetables, and dairy products, to offset the costs of feeding our growing puppies;
  • A million bucks.  Or just a few thousand. To start with, anyway ;)

If you can help by donating any of these items, or contributing towards the cost of them, please contact us.

Donation of Dogs

Canine Helpers is occasionally able to accept donations of suitable puppies and adult dogs.  See our Donating Dogs page for more details.
